- Third-party AI and search systems change without notice; Nexus GEO does not control their answers or indexes.
- Client-provided facts, permissions and source materials must be accurate and lawfully usable.
- Automated checker results are limited public-page observations and require manual interpretation.
- The website and original materials may not be copied or represented as another provider's work.

Individual proposals and contracts define the applicable scope, fees, data responsibilities and governing terms for each engagement.
