How this applies
- Contact form fields, landing page, referrer, UTM parameters, consent state and timestamps may be retained to respond and measure acquisition.
- Known crawler activity is logged separately from human analytics.
- Lead data may be forwarded to configured processors such as Telegram or a CRM/Sheet endpoint for business follow-up.
- Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal data. You may request access or deletion at contact@nexusgeo.pro.
- Retention is limited to the operational and legal period required for client communication, security and accounting.

Individual proposals and contracts define the applicable scope, fees, data responsibilities and governing terms for each engagement.
