Terms of Use
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the relationship between the Site Administration and any individual accessing the site and GEO optimization services. The Terms constitute a public offer, containing essential conditions of the contract, published on the Internet. Any action by the User (viewing the site, submitting a request, using services) is considered acceptance of the offer and forms an agreement under these conditions. The relationship between the Parties is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
2. Scope of Agreement (Services)
The Administration provides the following services:
The services are provided under this Agreement. The Administration reserves the right to change the list of services or their terms of provision at any time without prior notice. The User agrees to use the services in compliance with applicable law and for the purposes set forth in this Agreement.
3. Agreement Formation
The contract is deemed concluded when the User begins using the Site or contacts the Administration (e.g., by submitting a form). The offer is accepted at the moment the User provides their data or pays for a service. The Agreement may also be concluded orally (e.g., via phone) and confirmed by invoice or other supporting documents. By using the services, the User confirms they have read and agree to these Terms; otherwise, they must cease use immediately.
4. Paid Services and Payment
Some services may be provided on a paid basis. Payment terms and amounts are communicated individually to the User when ordering services. Payment may be arranged orally with the Administration and later confirmed by invoice. All payments are final: refunds are not provided. Paid services are considered delivered once results or consultations are provided to the User.
5. Privacy and Personal Data
The Administration collects minimal data via contact forms: name, email address, and website. This information constitutes personal data. It is used exclusively for communication with the User and service delivery (e.g., reports, consultations). Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. Data is processed only with the User’s consent and strictly for the purposes of fulfilling this Agreement. The Administration guarantees the protection of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and other applicable legislation.

Violations may result in suspension of services without refund and/or legal consequences.
7. Administration Rights and Obligations
The Administration undertakes to deliver services with proper quality and within agreed deadlines. It may, at any time, modify the Site, update content, add or remove services. The Administration is not liable for temporary interruptions in Site operation due to maintenance or force majeure. It may block or delete User requests/accounts if misuse or violations of the Terms are identified.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. The Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be settled by the competent court of Ukraine at the location of the Administration or another authority under Ukrainian law.
10. Final Provisions
The Administration may amend these Terms without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If the User disagrees, they must stop using the services immediately.

- Use the services solely for lawful purposes without infringing on third-party rights;
- Avoid actions that may disrupt the Site’s operation (e.g., hacking, spam, malicious code);
- Respect copyright laws and not copy the Site’s content without permission;
- Pay for paid services on time and in the agreed manner.
Violations may result in suspension of services without refund and/or legal consequences.

- The Administration does not guarantee specific outcomes and bears no liability for direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of services.
- The User assumes full responsibility when acting on audits or consultations.
- The Site may contain links to third-party resources; the Administration is not responsible for their content.
- The Administration is not liable for lack of results due to reasons beyond its control (e.g., algorithm changes, technical failures).
- The Administration does not guarantee the safety of the User’s equipment, software, or other assets influenced by received recommendations.
